Thanks for checking out Kōbo, by Chef Shota Nakajima.

We are located in the Redhook Brewlab, which is an all ages venue, with space for your furry friends in the outdoor courtyards (weather permitting). 

 

We do not accept reservations, and all tables and orders are first come, first served. All orders, aside from large pre-orders (5+ pizzas, with 24 hour notice minimum) must be placed in person at Kōbo or via our partners at UberEats.

Menu & Ordering Information

Kōbo works with gluten, soy, and various other allergens. Please inquire with a member of our team for any allergy information, and to ensure your safety.  Orders are NOT accepted over the telephone or via e-mail and are available in person for dine-in or take-out only at our kiosks and QR codes at this time. Orders for 5+ pizzas may be made in advance by filling out this form with more than 24 hour notice for pickup during normal business hours.
